We understand how hectic it is for a high school student to conduct research; we don’t have this as our commitment plan, one that others and ourselves put for ourselves.
We, however, challenge this notion. Although we don’t expect our research may get a Nobel (it may!), we want us to actually do real contributions to the fields. We want to genuinely add to the body of knowledge.
While there may be a few exceptions to our model for some ARPL Scholars, what we will mostly do is producing systematic reviews. This model doesn’t require much time (like months or years), yet it does do an impact.

Teaching Philosophy
The teaching method will involve a student mentor and scholar, with the aid of professors and advisory board members. The relationship will be one-on-one, with the timelines of the submissions shared at the beginning of the program initiation.
Sessions will be conducted both online and offline, with monthly assessments for each scholar based on their experience and their mentor’s feedback.
Professors are crucial as they oversee the creation process of the paper, from determining the very initial hypothesis until final publication or conference presentation. 100% of our scholars will be published authors by the end of the program, where ARPL Publication Support (APS) is an integral part of what we are doing. Your publication/journal/conference target will be estimated by the APS, just like how ALA’s UG helps you in selecting the right college.
For the advisory board's part, we have researchers who are African and either study or conduct research at the world’s top institutions, including Oxford, Harvard, MIT, Stanford, Princeton, Yale, UPenn, etc. They assist you in a number of areas with different approaches, one of which is helping you when you apply to specific institutions they are affiliated with, are very knowledgeable about, or can help you gain admission to. There will be a portal where all scholars, team members, and the advisory board can interact.
